Understanding posture correction therapy

Why posture slips in the first place

Hours spent sitting, driving, or looking down at a screen gradually shorten some muscles and overload others. It rarely happens because of one weak spot; it's usually several small compensations working against each other until the imbalance becomes the body's new normal.

What a posture session actually does

Rather than treating one area in isolation, a posture-focused session works through the shoulders, neck and lower back together, releasing what's pulling the body out of line and giving it a genuine chance to reset, instead of just easing the symptom you noticed.

What to expect, realistically

Posture that's taken years to settle into doesn't reset in a single session. Most people notice looser shoulders and less tension straight away, but lasting change tends to come from a session combined with paying attention to how you sit and move day to day.

Who it suits

Anyone with a desk job, a long commute, or a habit of hunching over a phone will likely feel the benefit, and it's also useful alongside training if postural imbalance is affecting form elsewhere.
